Overview
Our client have an exciting opportunity for a Tutor inthe Logistics arenato join their team. As one of the UK's leading work-based training organisations delivering Apprenticeship Programmes throughout the country, they are a thriving and forward-thinking business to work in.
Our client serve a customer base of local, national and international companies with programmes leading to the achievement of Apprenticeships.
Role Details
Based near the St Albans area, working from home, the successful applicant will deliver a blend of face to face, remote and workshop delivery which will involve traveling to various sites and geographical locations delivering Apprenticeship Standards.
Competences
The main competency required for this role is Supply Chain Level 3, and Team Leading Level 3.
Some of the required skills and abilities to perform this role include the ability to:
- Communicate at all levels within a business.
- Motivate people through achievement of their course & the understanding of how to set SMART targets.
- Demonstrate good levels of numeracy and literacy to support learners.
- Motivate yourself and manage your own diary.
- Work to and meet set targets in delivery.
Personal Specification
- Full driving licence and use of own car (essential).
- Experience in delivering Supply Chain Level 3 and Team Leading Level 3 (essential).
- Relevant teaching and assessing qualifications (desirable).
- Previous experience within the logistics arena (desirable).
- Relevant qualifications.
