Our client is a growing independent training provider and are looking for an experienced Recruitment Skills Coach to join their Apprenticeship delivery team.
Role Responsibilities:
As a recruitment skills coach your duties will include:
- Managing a caseload of up to 40 apprenticeship learners
- Managing your diary efficiently to ensure timely visits and achievement of seeing ALL allocated learners within the agreed timescale and in line with ESFA
- Ensuring learners are producing evidence of their knowledge, skills and behaviours in line with the apprenticeship standard.
- Move learners through gateway and support with mock EPA
- Provide one to one or group teaching and learning sessions covering core knowledge
- Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner’s needs
- Meet Assessor KPI’s in terms of timely visits, quality paperwork and general administration
- Attending and contributing towards standardisation meetings
Essential Experience and Qualifications:
- Must hold appropriate occupational competency in Recruitment
- Organisational skills
- Confident and professional with the ability to inspire and motivate people.
- IT literate, knowledge of Microsoft packages, online/digital learning and webinar-based technologies
- Knowledge of working with Highfield – preferred but not essential
- Happy to travel with a Full Driving Licence
