Our client are looking for experienced Leadership and Management Tutors to join an Ofsted Outstanding training provider, to deliver CMI accredited apprenticeship programmes to middle and senior managers, largely from the public sector, but also from a range of diverse national brand employers.
You will be delivering the apprenticeship programmes through a blend of online and face to face learning at the employer’s premises. Working closely with their employers, you'll develop apprentice’s knowledge, skills, and behaviours along with maths and English.
You will be responsible for delivering professional, high quality leadership and management programmes (through workshop delivery and 1-1 visits) in client locations as well as online. Your passion for learning, coaching, and developing others will empower future leaders to develop their knowledge and skills and reach their potential.
Skills and experience:
- Management professional with at least 3 years management experience (essential)
- Passionate about the subjects of Leadership and Management
- Experienced in delivering Leadership and Management apprenticeships
- Hold an assessing qualification, i.e. TAQA, CAVA, A1 (Essential)
- Minimum qualification in English and maths of a Grade C/Grade 4
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
- Full, clean driving license and willing to travel for this role
