ROLE PURPOSE:
Develop a team of Business Support staff that are capable of providing an outstanding customer focused support function. Ensure the team complete timely, accurate data entry functions into a variety of online or internal data systems. Maintain a team that complete work to deadlines. Maintain a consistent and effective support and reception service. Create an outstanding environment that delivers excellent service to everyone who engages with our client and all internal customers, that is flexible to the needs of the business.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure that all claims are uploaded and validated timely and accurately.
- Ensure partnerships are managed effectively.
- Produce management data timely adhering to our client’s GDPR processes.
- Ensure that all Business Support Functions are carried out efficiently and within agreed timescales.
- Ensure that the Business Support function complies with all company policies & procedures relating to GDPR.
- Own and be responsible for excellent customer service and quality processes in the Business Support Team.
- Achieve outstanding customer service results.
- Ensure the Business Support Team provide an outstanding service to everyone who engages with our client.
- Plan effective Performance Management.
- Plan effective training and development to achieve a team that are multi-disciplined and flexible to the needs of the business.
- Own individual performance plan and achieve planned development activities within agreed timescales
- Demonstrate effective behavioural competencies.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS
Essential:
- Level 2 Maths & English skills/qualified / Level 2 ICT skills/qualification
- Excellent communication skills
- Have the right to live and work in the UK indefinitely and without restriction
- Car user
Desirable:
- Experience of database systems
- Experience of funded contracts (e.g. ESFA)
- Team Leader qualification
