Description

This is a home based role with occasional travel to headquarters in Bedfordshire.

 

Role Overview:

Due to continued growth our client is looking for a Business Development Manager to secure new client relationships for the delivery of levy funded Digital Apprenticeships particularly Cyber Security pathways.

 

Role and Responsibilities:

The role will be to engage with relevant organisations to identify opportunities to deliver Digital apprenticeship programmes whilst also identifying opportunities to deliver their broader suite of apprenticeship curriculums. You will be working with the Commercial Director to develop an engagement strategy to best showcase their rewarding programmes where you will be expected to facilitate both face to face and virtual client meetings. This will be with relevant department heads and key decision makers with the intent of gaining an excellent knowledge of departmental training requirements, operational challenges and potential recruitment opportunities.

 

Experience and Skills:

  • A strong background in the digital (cyber) training sector (preferably within the apprenticeships sector)
  • A proven record of working with key accounts and achieving individual KPIs
  • Knowledge and experience within a range of industry sectors
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and administrative skills
  • The ability to identify opportunities and provide tailored solutions.
