Job Purpose
The Skills Bootcamps Specialist is a new role that will play a key part in the growth of the organisation. You will be responsible for the advertisement of Skills Bootcamp Courses, acquisition and enrolment of learners and employers and the fulfilment of contract requirements.
This is a broad role, operating in a small team with the potential for progression for the right candidate, as the organisation progresses.
Main Duties And Responsibilities
Recruitment
Acquire new learners and complete enrolment
Providing IAG services for learners and employers
Acquire and manage new Skills Bootcamp employer accounts
Pre-screen applicants applying for Skills Bootcamp Opportunities
Support learners into employment following completion of the course
Provide regular updates and communication to all stakeholders
Check the eligibility and entry requirements of applicants
Report to Talent Acquisition Lead on project updates
Acquire and engage with new applicant referral partners
Meet monthly KPI’s
Attend events and job fairs to engage with potential learnersAdministrative tasks
Analyse and report on learner/employer enrolment and recruitment
Update spreadsheets and CRM system to ensure data stored is current
Respond to applicant enquiries (phone and email)
Engage with external and internal stakeholder (Teams/email/phone/in person)
Support with completion of project data sheetsQualifications And/Or Experience Required
Requirements
Educated to A-level or equivalent
1+ years experience in recruitment
1+ years experience in customer service
