Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

To own and manage all aspects of audit and compliance at local level

Managing the Recruitment Team to achieve, as a minimum, the budgeted apprenticeship vacancies and learner starts

Continual training and development of all members of the team

To build strong relationships with the Group audit/compliance team to ensure all strategy/approaches align to Group where relevant

Weekly reporting on sales and recruitment performance against budget and reporting on variances.

To work collaboratively with Directors and wider staff to ensure organisational compliance with relevant legislation and regulatory requirements across all functions

Develop and manage the delivery of the internal audit function, managing and engaging with external auditors, reporting outcomes and presenting recommendations to the board

Develop and manage the risk management framework and processes including regular updating, review and reporting of the risk register

Regular analysis of our clients target market(s) and customers to identify potential growth opportunities and lead the development of the market penetration strategy

To ensure that data within the CRM system and learner record system(s) is accurate and can support the growth of the business

 Provide outstanding customer support.

 

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

“A” Levels or Equivalent

Minimum of 2 years management of tele-sales and field sales staff

Experience within the Apprenticeship Sector

Extensive knowledge and experience of developing audit strategies and managing in-house and external auditors

Strong understanding and experience of practical application of all ESFA and Ofsted regulatory requirements
