ROLE PURPOSE
Our clients are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead and execute the marketing strategy for their organisation and their associated brands. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all marketing initiatives, from the creation of marketing materials to driving customer engagement and ensuring brand consistency. You will work closely with the Marketing Director to enhance brand awareness, lead generation, and customer retention through a variety of channels.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Marketing Material Management: Oversee the creation and production of all marketing materials, ensuring they align with the overall strategy and branding of our clients and their associated brands.
Compliance and Regulations: Ensure all financial promotions are compliant with Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) regulations and GDPR rules.
Website Management: Lead the design, content creation, and optimization of the company website to ensure its engaging, user-friendly, and optimized for conversions.
Customer Engagement: Develop targeted marketing campaigns for existing customers to promote cross-selling opportunities and enhance customer retention.
Review Management: Manage and optimize customer review channels to foster positive relationships and address any concerns promptly.
Branding Consistency: Ensure all customer documentation and communications maintain consistent branding and adhere to our clients identity guidelines.
Social Media Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to grow brand presence, engage with customers, and drive traffic to key services and offers.
PR & Sponsorship: Lead the planning and execution of PR activities and sponsorship opportunities, ensuring they align with business goals and enhance brand reputation.
Lead Generation Platforms: Manage and optimize lead generation platforms, including ITS marketing channels, to drive high-quality leads and improve conversion rates.
Marketing Analytics: Take ownership of all marketing-related MI (management information) and analytics, providing actionable insights to inform decision-making and performance improvements.
Quote Engine & Web Form Audits: Conduct regular audits of quote engines and web forms to ensure they are functioning optimally and providing a seamless customer experience.
CPC Campaign Management: Oversee and optimize "Cost Per Click" (CPC) campaigns to drive targeted traffic to the website and maximize return on investment (ROI).
ROLE REQUIREMENTS
Candidates must have experience of working within the insurance or financial services Industries.
Proven experience in a marketing management role.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing, including website optimization, SEO, social media, and paid advertising campaigns (including CPC).
Familiarity with marketing compliance, especially in relation to FCA and GDPR regulations.
Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.
Data-driven with the ability to analyse marketing performance and translate insights into actionable strategies.
A creative thinker with a passion for brand-building and customer engagement.
