Job Description

To effectively engage and maintain a minimum number of 45 funded learners within their region, and manage and deliver teaching, learning, assessment & IAG to all learners in line with Ofsted, ESFA and APM requirements. To ensure that a minimum of 90% of learners achieve their framework within an allocated timeframe and to contribute to the ongoing development of curriculum design and delivery.

Delivering Management qualifications, Level 3-5 in the main.

Key Duties

To deliver Apprenticeship framework and standards in line with clients requirements, quality standards and pre-determined targets to a ‘caseload of learners

To ensure that all learners experience a high quality learning programme in terms of content, structure and learning support

To continually review delivery methodology and search for innovative ways to improve value through the assessment process

To manager and maintain a caseload of learners as agreed with your line manager and carry out regular learner visits and evidence Teaching Learning & Assessment of learners including progression against all learner aims

Provide support and coach learners through their Functional Skills – English, Maths and ICT

Produce creative and innovative learning materials, deliver engaging and inspiring presentations and blended learning as required


In possession of or working towards relevant professional qualifications (TAQA, A1/A2) and also be in possession of a relevant Level 4 Teaching qualification (PTTLS, DTTLS)

In possession of a Level 2 qualification in Functional Skills or equivalent

Minimum of 2 years training experience of the occupational sector that you will be delivering in
