This is a remote role, but you must be based in London & South East.
My client are looking for Business Developers with a significant experience securing new apprenticeship business to join their winning team.
As a key member of the Business Development team, you will be responsible for identifying new starts in line with agreed targets and managing accounts you have won within organisations who will benefit from the high quality apprenticeship solutions that my client have to offer. You will need experience in selling Health and Social Care
You will be experienced in researching target Company's values, beliefs and strategies in order to tailor your approach and presentations to them. As an excellent communicator, you'll be able to nurture strong relationships with prospective clients.

Requirements:- Successful track record of meeting targets
- Experience in managing accounts in a consultative yet influential way
- Experience of presenting to and working with decision makers
- A strong commercial background
- Experience using SPIN (or other solution) and challenger sales paradigms
- The ability to manage your own workload
- The ability to present solutions to clients in formal and informal environments
- Well-developed interpersonal and motivational skills
- Creative thinker with an open mind
- A desire to make a difference
- Use of a car insured for business use
- Able to work flexible hours and commit to overnight stays as and when required
