The role is to develop new clients and manage existing accounts. Our clients are Apprenticeship training providers, Colleges, awarding bodies and large employers who are seeking key team members that are involved in the delivery, management and creation of apprenticeship programmes. We help training providers and employers recruit across a numbers of disciplines, including:

  • Apprenticeship Managers
  • Trainers, Assessors, Coaches & Tutors
  • Operation Management
  • Employer Engagement / Sales
  • Quality & Compliance
  • Learning & Development Professionals
  • Student Recruitment Specialists
  • Curriculum & Project Managers

This is a full 360 role that will encompass identifying new clients, securing their business, adverting and searching for suitable candidates. You will also take full responsibility for interviewing candidates, submitting them and helping to ensure that the interview process is managed correctly and taken through to offer and acceptance.
